PVC 40 -110 Single Station pipe Expanding Machine
Our Features:
lThis machine is suitable for the straight pipe expanding.
lIt is controlled by PLC.
lThe mould material is good alloy steel. The surface is chrome plating and polished.
lHeating system is designed to be cycle wind path and controlled by electric auto system. It can heat quickly and evenly. It is of low power consumption. The material of the wind path is stainless steel to last long.
lThere are inner and outer heating systems for the pipe to be heat even.
lThe pneumatic system is imported from Japan.
lThe movement is steady and it may change the pressure size. The machine frame is made of rectangle steel. It does not leak.
lThe work table can be easily operated, and the machine has the scale division, which matches the pipe size.
lThe electric controlling components are world famous brand parts: photoelectric switch is from Korea; contactor is from French Schneider.
lLong term service would be offered after sales.
