Are you a factory or just a trading company?

We are the real professional beauty machines manufacturer,which has a total staff of 210 and possesses our own factory 

with an area of 4500 square meters. You create market, we do production for you!

Where is your factory located?

Our factory is located in No.2/F, Tangde Market, Tangde South Road,Tianhe Distri, Guangzhou city, Guangdong province, 

China. If your time is available, we are warmly welcome you come to China and visit our factory !!

How does your factory do regarding quality control?

We have a strictly quality inspection department. Our engineers will carefully check and test the machines many times before we deliver them to you. 

To make sure you can get the high quality machines, only the machines that have passed the strict quality inspection can be delivered to you.

Do you offer OEM and ODM services?

Yes, we can offer you better OEM and ODM services. We have our own R&D department with 38 experienced designers and engineers and many production lines , 

so we have the great capacity to offer you high quality beauty machines according to your needs, ideas and samples.

How's your after-sales service? 

We have a professional technical team. If there is any problems occur, you just need to contact us by email, telephone or 

on-line chat. Then we will help you solve the problems immediately.

Warranty: All our products enjoy One(1) year manufacturer’s warranty. For distributor who are responsible for the maintenance of the products sold in its territory, we supply free parts within Two(2) years since shipment date.

Training and Maintenance: Our staff will give a technical training for the distributor, covering our machine’s scientific background, measurement theory, 

structure, assembly, trouble shooting and operating skill.The distributor should take the responsibility for ordinary maintenance, usually it’s just delivery the parts 

to clients for replacement.We deliver all parts on-demand to the distributor freely within warranty 

and support online/phone technical guide. For quality problem could not be resolved by the distributor, 

we are responsible for free replacement of the product within warranty period.

We will guarantee the quality of our equipment, normally there is no quality problem

1. If there is a deficiency, please email or call us on the reasons, it would be  the best to deal with by email or telephone. 

Some of the problems are caused by false method of operating the machine.

 2. We suggest the client to take photos of the area where go wrong, we will pass them to our technician, and then 

we will give a satisfactory answer within 1-7 working days.

3. If the problem comes from the spare parts within the warranty period, we could consider in changing the 

spare part to our client for free, which could be sent with his/her next order. If the next order is uncertain, the clients could pay freight cost to send the spare parts.

4. If the problem comes from the main device within the warranty, we could advise our client to post the device back to our company for 

repair by ordinary post, or we could resend a new one to our client. If the cost of posting the problematic device back to iBeauty is 

more than the value of a new device, iBeauty would take it into consideration, according to the actual status; 

apply to re-send a completely new device back to our client.
