Advantages about double-deep pallet rack:
1.double-deep pallet rack is constructed to store two pallets deep or four pallets deep in double entry rack .
2.The system requires the use of a special reach truck with either dual pantograph or sliding fork attachment.
3.It offers an increase of storage density,ideal for storing homegeneous products
4.This system can give you greater utilization of your warehouse space use due to the density of the loads stored and narrow aisle design of the system.
5.A double deep system is significantly less costly than conventional pallet racks .
6.Double-deep syatem reduce the aisle to rack ratio but also reduce pallet selectivity ,increasing storage density.
7.50% immediate pallet access provides reasonable stock rotation on a FILO(FIRST IN LAST OUT) basis and makes good use of all available locationss.
