1. What are my payment options?
For samples, it is 100% T/T in advance.
For mass production, it is 30% in advance and 70% balance.

2. How long will it take to ship my order?
As long as there is stock available, Dongzhou usually ship items within 3 working days for samples and within 2 weeks for formal order once receiving the confirmation of a new order. The order will not be confirmed until the payment reaches our bank account. If we are temporarily out of stock, we will do our best to inform you of the estimated lead time.
3. What does your warranty cover?
Dongzhou’s products are supported by a 1-year's limited warranty against manufacturing defects (material or workmanship). Missing/lost or worn-out parts are not covered under our warranty.
4. Who will pay the freight for repairing items?
Both parties will share half of the freight: the buyer will pay the freight of sending it back to us, while we will cover the cost of sending it back to the buyer, and we suggest sending it back with the next mass production items.
