Brief introdction:
Biscuit Packaging Machine Model FFE series are designed as overseas customers. It can wrap a quantity of
biscuits in multi-rows. This type machine filled up blank of these products. The characteristics and functions are the same as that of overseas products. This type biscuit packing machine solved the group pack for biscuits, which is a new trend and is adopted in overseas markets.
Features:
1. Servo motor with higher control precision realize step-less control and dynamic adjusting during operation.
2. Large colored touch screen store, pick up, automatically adjust, track, find cutting point, alarm, indicate barriers, accumulatively count packs, bag length and speed automatic display, which can realize precise cut and seal.
3. With photo-cell detecting the color mark and dual-tracing system, this machine can effectively eliminate any packing error and avoid materials waste.
4. New type vertical sealing design makes the seal at low temperature, which effectively reduces the film burning and packing wastes.
5. Using cantilever structure with refined timing-belt configuration for easy maintenance. Greatly reduces running noise and increases the stability of the machine.
6. Special design for upward clamping conveyor guarantees good packing effect for multi-row biscuits.
