Brief introduction
Tungsten carbide ball is also called hard alloy ball. It is used for applications requiring extreme hardness and resistance to wear and abrasive, hard shocks and impacts. The application include special valves, flow meters, recirculating balls bearing screws, liner bearing and balls for ball point pens. They are also used often for mining, as pi vols and points of compactions. They are als used for measurements and calibrations of holes and measurement checking devices.

Brief Introduction
Zhuzhou TongDa Cemented Carbide Works specialize in the production of bespoke Tungsten Carbide Hard Metal Wear Resistant Products for use across a wide range of industrial applications in both the as-sintered and finished ground condition.
Established in 2001 Zhuzhou TongDa Cemented Carbide Works are offering customers recommendations and solutions for individual wear resistant components and special tooling requirements.
Zhuzhou TongDa Cemented Carbide Works produce an extensive range of tungsten carbide grades in-house including the popular ISO application grades of K10, K20, K30, K40, P10, P20 & P30/40 as well as numerous special Cobalt and also Nickel binder tungsten carbide grades for use in corrosive resistant applications.
Material compositions including submicron, medium and coarse grain grades are available and can be supplied in cylindrical and flat section in both the as-sintered and finished ground condition.
The tungsten carbide grade powders are processed in-house using quality raw materials to ensure a high product quality is maintained. Individual items and volume production components can be produced by either pre-shaping or automatic press tooling.
