Mini blast furnace for pig iron making
It adopts developed, economic and technologymature machines, and advanced melting technology, high efficient, low consumption, safe and long life time. The equipment is advanced, simple to operate. The furnace body of blast furnace is vertical, four floors from furnace bottom to furnace throat set four floors, separately used for detecting sulfur, equipment maintenance of furnace top, circuiting water handling. The top of furnace adopts grid based design platform to reduce dust.

1. The integrated operation of automatic proportioning, mixture, sintering, crushing and air cooling features compact process, continuous production, sufficient output meeting the standard, thus saving labor cost and reduced energy consumption.
2. During proportioning, the disc machine blends the materials in proportion to meet requirement of the blast furnace on the alkalinity.
