Diameter of Condensing Cot is small so the front bottom roller doesn't need to be moved backwards. It can reduce the rubber cots cost greatly and also make the yarn piecing and bobbins inserting and pulling out easier.
Larger arbours center distance makes the better performance on medium and long staple wool fiber.
In consideration of the oil-rich trait of wool fiber, we don't use ceramic block under aprons,in order to avoid the oil accumulation on the ceramic block and smooth running of apron.
Three rollers type-drafting system transmission structure.
[Gearbox] Transmission by timing belt is more smooth and stable because of more teeth involved.It can spin fine count yarn and has more advantages than other four rollers system.
[Bracket] Bracket slot is designed for easy exchange of suction flute between compact spinning and conventional spinning.
