Using the high pressure resistance of pneumatic top arm, our Three Rollers System are of better yarn quality improvements, easier installation & maintenance and flexible drafting ratio. This system can fulfill its best performance on Cotton Spinning. Modification suits on all type of mainstream ring frames, such as FA506,FA1518,DTM129,EJM168,EJM128.Three Rollers System can achieve very good yarn quality improvement. The negative pressure for single yarn spinning is 2.4-2.7 Kpa and for Siro yarn spinning is 1.8-2.0 Kpa.This system is the best choice to spin fine count yarn. It's easy to convert the compact spinning into conventional spinning.
The ceramic blocks on the negative pressure tube are long lasting wear and no need to be changed within 10 years. One tension bar for each tube makes the dismounting easier and can be used on Suessen negative pressure tubes. The special designed slot on the bracket can fulfill the universal flutes for both compact spinning and conventional spinning. It means that you don't need to replace suction flutes when you modify your ring frame into compact.
