The brief intrducion of 12mm small thick steel plates straightener :
12mm small thick steel plates straightener:
1.It makes uneven steels even and guide them to the right following process. It also do the fixed length cutting and fixed quantity packing to the plates.
2.It is composed of 13 working rollers, driving device,including 2 pinch rollers and machine frame. Both sides of each rolling wheel is transmitted by roll bearing , except the code rollers, all are the main force rollers.
3.The working rollers use 4.4kw electric machine to adjust the upper and lower gap through the turbine decelerator box to make sure the even quality.
4.Drive model: all the independent rollers and gear box are driven by 75Kw DC electromotor and decelerate by decelerator . And it is composed of the gear distributor and all-round coupling as well as the hydraulic brake devices and so on.
