5.Brief introduction of Flat bar straightening machine made in china :
1. Simplified de-coiler :
a. expand and shrink manually which could expand fromφ480 to φ520
b. It has the device to block the coils to prevent they from loosing.
c. It is equipped with the brake devices to control the tension of de-coiling and avoid inertia which may cause the coils spring-shaped open.
2. 7 roller-straightener (φ90mm)
a. It is divided into 2 pinch rollers and 5 leveling rollers
b. 2 pinch rollers with 2.2kw motor drive the flat bar in to next process, while the 5 leveling rollers pre-leveling the plate to feed the flat bar more easily.
c. The diameter of the rollers isφ90
3. Chamfering and extrusion machine
a. It adopts the 12 standing rollers which are divided into 6 groups , press and squeeze each side to do the chamfering and edging.
b. This part also includes a 2-roller device to prevent the bar from jumping so that it can be straight to the next process.
c. The diameter of the standing rollers are φ110mm and the height is 56mm
4. 2 roller-pinch and press device
a. It share the motor with the flat surface straightener
b. The diameter of the two rollers are φ180mm, they are used to pinch and press and polish the surface
5. Longitudinal straightener
a. 5 stand rollers to straighten the flat bars longitudinal bending .
b. The diameter of the standing rollers areφ110mm and the height is 56mm.
6. Flat surface straightener
a. It is equipped with 15KW frequency conversion control motor with 400 decelerator.
b. It is composed of 2 pinch rollers (φ97.2mm)and 11 leveling rollers(φ90mm)
c. The motor change to frequency conversion control which is cheaper and with a perfect speed and length.
7. Hydraulic tracking cutting machine
a. the machine is applied to the cutting of the flat bars
b. It do the incessantly shearing to advance the efficiency and the even quality.
8. Fixed length receive table
a. the table is designed to 6m
b. equipped with 6m unload table ( which can customized according to customers' specific requirements )
c. equipped with the hooks to tie up the finished bars which is convenient to stack and tie the flat bars( pneumatic balers and the gas should be prepared by the customer )
9. Electrical control system : 1 unit
control the working of all the electromotors of the devices (speed control and synchronize)
