The SJWNC 10/8, 12/10, 14/12, 16/14, 20/18, 22/20 series dredgers can apply to all kinds
of soils, which are widely used in port, waterway dredging and reclamation works. This series
of dredgers, absorbing advanced technology of Dutch and American related products,have
advantages of totally hydraulic control system, simple operation, easy maintenance, rational
design, novel layout and strong power. The maximum dredging depth can reach 25m and
discharge distance 3000m.
Features:
· Highly efficient fuel consumption and minimum overall operational costs
· Effective cutter drive system with direct hydraulic drive in flexible suspension
· Heavy duty side winches, ladder winch and spuds
· Hull consists of multiple pontoons connected by proven coupling system
· Very simple and fast assembly and dis-assembly, afloat or onshore
· Standard world-wide available gearboxes and hydraulic components
· Operation by one man from spacious and low noise operating cabin
· Controls and instruments mounted in ergonomic dash board
· Good access to all parts, especially the dredge pump wearing parts
· Fresh water cooling system
· Standard design, allowing short delivery times
· Standard spare parts available from stock.
