pneumatic ball valve with double acting pneumatic actuator

1.Specification

Pneumatic ball valve is a kind of pneumatic valve with 90° angle rotation. When turning on the valve, a same-sized passage is formed when turn on the valve and has functions as smooth flow, little resistance and strong flow capacity. When closing the valve, is has functions of strong sealing capacity and little leakage. It is applied to control the mediums, like gas, liquid, steam, etc, as well as sewage and medium with fiber. So ball valves are widely applied into power plant, petroleum, chemical industry, papermaking, etc.

Ball valves include O-type ball valve and V-type valve. O-type ball valve is more used as cut-off valve; while V-type ball valve is often used as control valves because of its excellent regulated performance.

BGTQ series and BAWQ series pneumatic ball valve are equipped with BGT and BAW series pneumatic actuators separately. If equipped with pneumatic actuators that having solenoid valve, the ball valve can be used as cut-off valve; if equipped with pneumatic actuators that having electro-pneumatic positioner, it can be used as control valve.

4.Installation and Debugging

1.In case of stuck when valve running, you should thoroughly clean the dirt and welding slag in the pipeline before installation.
2.In order to be easy for dismounting and maintenance, there should be some space between valve and ground, as well as top and bottom when installation.
