Composie air duct panel is a new green materials, has passed ISO9001:2008 quality certification.And British BS476 fireproof test.
Composite air duct panel is made of phenolic/PU/PIR foam with aluminum foil/color steel/galvanized steel surface. It can be cut by special cutting tools, install different flanges to make large HVAC composite air duct system, no need to add insulation layer. It is smooth and clean, not produce disease-causing substance and breeding of bacteria due to water absorption, not dust to affecthealth.
Composite air duct panel has low thermal conductivity. Its insulation performance is good, both energy conservation and no condensation phenomenon. In use, it does not produce reasonance noise, but also absorbing part of the noise generted by the operation of the wind posite air duct panel is alone forefront in the air conditioning duct market with its light weight to reduce building load,making simple,safe, non-combustible, non-toxic, non-smoking, and other characteristics.

Advantage
Polyurethane(PU)foam pre-insulated air duct is used for air distribution in central air conditioning. The air ducts are made of PU foam sandwich panels, the panel composite rigid polyurethane insulation foam faced on both sides with a protective low vapour permeability 80 micron aluminum foil.
They are completely CFC and HCFC free, and are of highly thermal resistance.
This panels is especially suit for using in air-condiyioning and heating system installations.
PIR foam pre-insulated air duct panel is used for air distribution in central air conditioning, the panel is protected by aluminum foil, color steel or iron sheet as protective layer, layer 70 to 220 micron thickness.
This kind PIR panel is protected by 80 micron aluminum foil, embossed or smooth aluminum surface, light weight, no benzene, no formaldehyde, no CFC.
