2.The advantage of our QMR2-40 block making machine
1). QMR1-40/QMR2-40 small manual brick making machine is one new kind of small manual brick making machine, which is cheap and durable, easy to operate and no need power.
2). It is quick in product forming, high in product density and strong in pressing power. After remolding, people can stand on the brick .Consumption of materials can be reduced.
3). This machine uses a mixture of soil and cement to make stabilized bricks at a ratio of between 5 and 10% cement to soil, depending on the soil type available.
4).Bricks are interlocking so there is no need for mortar when building.
5).Easy Operation. Hand press concrete /cement brick making machine.

3.The blocks you can get with the QMR2-40
F- Machine Types
Bigger types: QTY12-15, QTY10-15, QTY8-15.
Middle types: QTY6-15A, QTY6-15B, QTY6-15C, QTY4-15A, QTY4-15B, QTY4-15C.
QTY4-20C, QTY3-15.
Small types: QTJ4-25, QTJ4-26C, QTJ4-26D, QTJ4-35, QTJ4-40.
Please kindly choose the type according to actual requirements.

1: From mixer to stacker need one 40ft high container.
2: If need silo and batching machine too, it will need total 3x40ft high containers.
Small machines( QTY3-15, QTJ4-25)
1: From mixer to Block receriver, need one 20ft container.
2: If with stacker, it will need one 40Gp.
Small machines(QTJ4-40 QTJ4-26C/D, QTJ4-35).
Loading size is from 8cbm to 17cbm, in LCL or 20Gp.
