AIC SERIES FLOAT & THERMOSTATIC STEAM TRAPS
For pressure to 465 psig (32 bar) Capacities to 60,000 lb/hr (27 500 kg/hr) Material:cast iron
Armstrong AIC Series F&T traps are designed for industrial service from 0 to 465 psig (32 bar). They featrue all the benefits of Armstrong F&T traps, such as operation against back pressure, continuous drainage, high-capcity venting of air and CO2, long life and dependable service and enjoys the convenience of in-line connections. Armstrong AIC Series are available with screwed connections (NPT and BSPT) of DIN flanged (DIN standard face-to-face dimension).
Armstrong AIC Series F&T traps are the perfect solution for applications where there is a need to vent air and non-condensable gases quickly at start-up.
JD/KD SERIES FLOAT & THERMOSTATIC STEAM TRAPS
For pressure to 2.1MPa Capacities to 64400 kg/hr Material: ductile cast iron
The simple, yet rugged, ductile iron construction of the JD & KD Series Ultra-Capacity F&T steam traps offer long, trouble-free service. All floats, valves and seats and lever mechanisms are constructed of stainless steel.
The integral thermostatic air vent is a balanced-pressure phosphor-bronze bellows caged in stainless steel. It is designed especially for demanding industrial applications where highly efficient, uninterrupted service is essential. This balanced-pressure type of air vent will respond to the pressure-temperature curve of steam at any pressure from zero to 300 psig (21 bar). Thus-up to 300 psig (21 bar)-air is vented at slightly below steam temperature.
L/M SERIES FLOAT & THERMOSTATIC STEAM TRAPS
For pressures to 250 psig (17 bar Capacities to 208,000 lb/hr (94348 kg/hr) Material:ductile cast iron
The simple, yet rugged, cast iron construction of the L & M Series Ultra-Capacity F&T steam traps offer long, trouble-free service. All floats, valves and seats, and lever mechanisms are constructed of stainless steel.
The integral thermostatic air vent is a balanced-pressure phosphor-bronze bellows caged in stainless steel. It is designed especially for demanding industrial applications where highly efficient, uninterrupted service is essential. ICS SERIES FLOAT & THERMOSTATIC STEAM TRAPS
For pressures to 645 psig Capacities to 60,000 lb/hr (27215kg/hr) Material:ductile cast iron
Armstrong ICS Series float and thermostatic trap is suitable for differential pressure range is 0 to 3.2 MPa (465 psig) applications. ICS series of steel float and thermostatic steam trap design is simple, compact, ensure long-term, trouble-free operation.Even when the steam pressure from the maximum into the vacuum,ICS can still float and thermostatic steam traps discharge condensate continuously and emit large amounts of air and CO2.ICS connection in the form of Armstrong float and thermostatic steam trap flanged connections (150RF, 300RF, PN40RF) socket weld and threaded connection.
There connection diameter DN15 (1/2 ''), DN20 (3/4 ''), DN25 (1 ''), DN40 (1-1 / 2 '') and DN50 (2 '');
Maximum operating pressure range: 0.5 MPa (75 psig) to 3.2 MPa (465 psig)
