Good Quality and used the advanced casting methods
The furan and shell mold castings which we mainly produce are as below.
1. Anti-pressure ductile iron.
Has been past 143 bar pressure test by German specialized laboratory and exported 3000 tons in 2007.
Material : GGG400-18U.LT.RT
2. Anti-pressure grey iron.
Has been past pressure test by German specialized laboratory and produced by lots now.
Low pressure: 65-80 bar
High pressure: 140 bar
3. Heat-resisting iron with Silicon (4.-5.0%) & Molybdenum (0.55-0.95%).
4. Various grades of ductille irons (without heat treatment) are as follow:
FCD370-20, FCD400-18, FCD450-12, FCD500-7, FCD600-3, FCD700-2
We export 5000 tons per year to Germany, Japan, USA etc.
5. Grey iron (FC200,FC250,FC300) & alloy iron (FC350)
6. CGI with sandwich method,Grade: FCV340 & FCV410.
Casting simulation software can simulate the filling flow of the casting process, solidification process, temperature field and through this to predict casting defect , also can make evaluation on the involved parameters of casting process and process plan, so as to make corresponding process improvement, improve the yield and shorten the design cycle greatly. To reach the rapid response to customer's requirement truly.
