Bus functional counter people digital counter:
TK bus passenger Counting system can automatically, intelligently, accurately gather the number of passengers getting on / off,time statistical control for passenger flows at every station,and the information detection managementsystem of vehicle operation analysis.
The vehicle-mounted passenger flow counter is applied into the passenger counter with the function of automatic statistics of the total number of passengers getting on and off the passenger car. The number of passengers is displayed on the built-in LCD display screen. The display screen data can be saved for over 2 years under the circumstance of outage. The passenger counter data can be reset with the key switch in order prevent from artificially destroy data integrity

Operating Principle
Respectively install the vehicle-mounted passenger flow counter and baffle-board at the two sides of the car door. When there no passengers going on and off, the infrared signal launched by the built-in launcher of the vehicle-mounted passenger flow counter reflects and is received through baffle-board and the infrared signal strength is strong enough and can penetrate through the glass of car door. Therefore, the vehicle-mounted passenger flow counter and baffle-board can be installed behind the glass of car door, but it’s necessary to purchase door contact switch component separately to be used in case of errors arising from the activity of filter car door. When the passengers keep out the infrared signals reflected by the baffle-board while getting on and off, the vehicle-mounted passenger flow counter will count the number of the direction of getting on or off once according to the direction that the passengers keep out the infrared signal. The data will be displayed through LCD display screen according to the set direction.

Installation Requirements
1. The vehicle-mounted passenger flow counter is installed at one side the car door that is as high as 800-1300mm away from the footboard of the car door; in case that the car door is equipped with the multi-step footboard with large slope, it is necessary to reduce the installation height. It should be installed according to the actual gesture chest height of the passengers when getting on the car, but it should not be installed in the position for the fixed installation with the scope of the activity of the door leaf of the car.
2.The distance between the baffle-board and the passenger flow counter should not longer than 3000mm.
Gate control switcher
Gate controlled switch must be applied with magnetic mass by which the magnetic switch is on with magnetic field around it. If there are no magnetic field around the switch or the intensity of magnetic field is less than the required level, the switch is off.
Gate controlled switch shall be installed near the rotating column of the bus door or above the door leaf, so the intensity of the magnetic field would fluctuate according to the distance variation, producing signal 0 or signal 1. Thus,the switch can detect if the bus door is open or close.
Count testing
When the passengers get on the car and pass by the testing side between the passenger flow counter and baffle-board, the counting indicator lamp of the passenger counter will flash once and the counting indicator lamp will indicate according to different walking directions.
