Technology:
Pre-dispersed R-80 is one of the components from the composition of the Resorcinol,formaldehyde and white carbon black.It will form the Resorcinol-formaldehyde-resin system by the adhesion from rubber and fabric or all-steel cord which produced by the mixed together with formaldehyde offer(such as HEXA-80 or RA-65) during producing.This system is suitable for rubber and stiffener,such as the adhesion between fiber/glass fiber and metal(such as all-steel cord)
Process:
Generally, thin crystals resorcinol tends to bond with equipment and hard to disperse during mixing process.Pre-dispersed R-80 can solve this problem.
1.It pre-disperses within it's carrier styrene butadiene rubber(SBR) to make the material mixing easier.
2.Not becoming solid put in the normal environment
3.Good flowing character & non dust flying
4.Non wastage of feeding
5.Makes feeding more convenient and dispersed evenly to keep the best activity of resorcinol.
It is suggested feeding at the end of mixing.
Dosage:2~4 phr
Application:
Tyre, conveyor belt,V belt,round rubber belt, fire fighting rubber pipe,other strengthening rubber pipe, soft container, coating fabric.
Packing:
25kg/PE inner carton.
Storage:
Cool,dry place, 12 months seal storage
