Pre-dispersed PbO-80 master batch is a kind of special lead oxide that used in rubber industry,its com-binned elastomer could be avoid absorb of moisture from air.Because of pre diffusing evenly before feeding,Using our PbO-80 master batch makes extrusion rubber products surface more smooth than using powder lead oxide.Meantime,your produces tensile strength increased and elongation improved. |

Generally powder PbO hard to evenly dispersed under the normal temperature which cause activity of vulcanizing decreased and vulcanized rubber’s static mechanical property and dynamic fatigue decline.Our pre dispersed PbO-80 master batch due to its selected grain size and made pre diffusing in ethylene propylene rubber and with Surfactants & dispersants so it can be fed in mixing process quickly to make dispersion evenly and perfect activity.What’s more, PbO master batch is in granule shape to avoid blocking.Its advantage followed: 1.Good flowing 2.non dust 3.non waste of feeding 4.Stabilized and uniform 5.avoid thermal expansion caused by powder lead oxide |
