Specifications
Aokai wire wrapped screens are manufactured by a V or wedge shaped wire around an internal array ofAokai wire wrapped screens are manufactured by a V or wedge shaped wire around an internal array of longitudinal support rods. Each intersecting point of this wire is fusion welded. TheV or wedge shaped profile wire wraps around the support rods over the full length of the screen creating a continuous slot opening, hence the screen allows water (oil) to enter your well freely in ample quantities while at the same time keeps the majority of sand and gravel out of the well.
Aokai well screen advantages:
1) Continuous slot: opening significantly increases the available open area,
providing greater access to the water-bearing zone
2) Non clogging: V shaped profile wire, avoids clogging, is self-cleaning and
ensures an uninterrupted flow. Sand grains make only-two-point contact and
do not wedge in the screen's inwardly enlarging slot
3) Large open area: this allows more water to enter at much lesser frictional head
loss and the efficiency of well is improved appreciably
