Patent heat dissipation technology
Hexagonal honeycomb heat dissipation structure
1st. Heat conduction
Regarding the housing material, Kaich Led lamp adopts ADC12 die-casting aluminum, having a better and faster heat dissipation effect in all of the metal elements. Except for the material, it is also designed with a Hexagonal honeycomb structure, which is more conductive to diffuse the heat out of the center of LED chip. In this way, the lamp housing‘s cooling effect is much more obvious.
2nd .Heat convection
Kaich Led lamp adopts an up-down through-hole heat dissipation structure, speeding up the flow of hot and cold air and gaining a better cooling effect.
3rd. COB LED chip
Kaich Led lamp adopts high power integrated COB chip, which is the LED lighting technical direction, greatly improving the assembly efficiency and IP rate, and also reducing the production cost and damage rate.
4th. Patent lens
Kaich Led lamp adopts the high transmittance PC and Glass patent lens, greatly improving the illumination uniformity and having a better light distribution, more directional.
5th. Practical but artistic housing design
The unique design with or without power supply box, can meet different clients conditions, also reduces the damage rate and lower the production and maintenance costs. In addition, the stream line design can make use of the crosswind to realize the dissipation purpose, and protect the lens.
