How to identify the good and bad when buying wire?
1.To see.
To see whether the quality system certification,specification certificate or voltage,etc. Depends on the cross-section of copper wire, copper color bright is superior product, and vice versa is defective.
2.To try.
You can select a wire head repeatedly bent by hand, all soft, anti-fatigue strength, elastic plastic or rubber handle and no cracks on the wire insulation is the superior product.
3.Weighed.
Good quality wire, usually within a specified weight range. As 1mm2 silicone lines, each 100 meters weighs 1.3 ~ 1.4kg. Poor quality of the wire, or lack of quality, or lack of length, or too much impurities.
4.See copper quality.
Qualified copper color should be bright, shiny, soft touch. The poor quality of copper yellowish or whitish, impurities, mechanical strength is poor, poor toughness, a little harder it will break, and often break phenomenon within the wires.When checking, as long as one end of the wire stripped 2cm, then use a piece of white paper on the copper,rub a little bit, if you have a black substance on white paper, means more impurities in copper.
