Cable distribution attention matters:
1.Cables should be stored in the interior, and can not have heavy pressure.
2.Cables should avoid impact and external extrusion in the handling and transportation process,because of cable tray’s great weigh,so it need to use the crane, the springboard to help in the process.
3.Cable should put the line from outer circle after unparking, absolutely can not from the inner circle,in order to prevent the cable radius too small to form torque in the distribution.
4. When the cable is bent in the distribution, can not use the method of local force, such as hammer, but should be soothe cable shape slowly through a number of people.
5.The radius of curvature of the bending part of the cable is not less than 10 times the diameter of the cable.
6.The support of the cable, the force part and the external contact surface should be smoothly contact, the contact surface can not have a prominent object and edge.
