Main Features of the ppr-gf-ppr pipe making machine
◆ Gravimetric material feeding system is to control material feeding according to pipe parameter & line production speed, to get high qualified pipe with constant weight per meter. It’s also have other benefits, such as shortening start-up time, saving raw material, simplifying operation.
◆ High efficient wear-resisting extruder for fiber reinforced plastic material, to guarantee the long service life and high speed extrusion.
◆ Adjustable co-extrusion die head can ensure even thickness of three layers. Each layer thickness can be adjusted freely; no need to adjust the extruder’s rotating speed.
◆ Multi-group rollers clamping structure hauling machine, which completely overcomes the vibration & ship problem of traditional mode, ensuring high speed and stable pipe hauling.
◆ SIMENS programmable PLC control with big color touch screen. Having multi-point close-loop control and synchronous system, which ensure the easy and reliable operation of the line.
◆ High efficient wear-resisting extruder for fiber reinforced plastic material, to guarantee the long service life and high speed extrusion.
