General Introduction

1) Production line for PPR pipe, size scope 20-63mm;

2) with different production speed, normal speed 15m/min, high speed 20m/min; super speed 25m/min. This is the line stable production speed, not maximum speed.

3) special designed spiral pressure-storage die head to release pressure fluctuation to realize the high speed and constant production of the PPR pipe

4) Special designed high speed calibrator and vacuum calibrating tank to make sure the high speed production of the pipe

5) option with gravimetric system to control material feeding, to control the pipe quality
