Double Cavity PPR Pipe Production Line/PPR Pipe Making Machine
KAIDE factory has focused on plastic pipe extrusion technology for more than 20 years, especially for high spped pipe line and multi-layer composite pipe line. This double strand PPR pipe line is newly developed based on our years experience, which speed can be up to 40m/min, with most advanced technoloyg. The produced pipe size range is 20mm, 25mm, 32mm.

Features of Pipe Production Line:
1) Extruder adopts special designed high efficient five-section type screw and barrel, ensuring the rapid plasticizing & dispersion effect, and realizing high speed production.
2) Double strand pipe extrusion die head mold is manuctured by imported CNC machine, with a pressure balance distribution device in order to ensure the precise control of double extruded pipes in any condition.
3) The double strand pipe structure is specially applied in the vacuum calibrating tank, haul-off machine and cutting machine, with nice appearance and scientific design.
4) SIEMENS PLC control system with sync control system, ensuring the reliable operation of the whole line.
