Features
Fan frame: it is formed in one step due to the use of advanced automatic processing technique, the thick zinc coating (150g/m2) ensures great corrosion resistance, the bottom outlet design makes fan structure more reasonable.
Belt pulley: The V-shaped hub made of aviation aluminum alloy is light, tensile, high-strength, and unlikely to break.
Fan blade: six stainless steel blades which are formed in one step are aesthetic, durable and resistant to deformation, the blade passed the dynamic balance test and its reasonable angle ensures maximum air flow and minimum noise.
Shutter: High strength hot galvanised plate, the automatic opening-closing device makes it possible to open and close louvers completely, maintain a 90-degree opening angle to ensure louvers are windproof, rainproof and dustproof.
Shutter opening-closing device: Made using tensile industrial nylon and injection molding technique, the device features high strength and long life. As the guide bar is inlaid with metal sheet, its strength is greatly increased, contributing to the reliability of the opening-closing device.
Motor: energy efficient, 3C approved, IP54, class F insulation.
Belt: Imported B type belt is long lasting, deformation free, and requires no maintenance.
Belt tensioner: it is created with aluminum-magnesium alloy so that it has the advanced of long service life and no deformation, the adoption of the inner tensioning can effectively prevent reverse distortion of the belt and thereby extend its lifetime.
Quality tests: Aonuodi advanced exhaust fan is subjected to a series of tests, including noise test, vibration test, concentric performance test, fan blade speed test .air flow test and efficiency test, to ensure customers receive superior quality exhaust fan.

Ventilation
The exhaust fan is installed outside the workshop window to remove smelly gases, it is usually used in heat treatment plant, casting plant, plastics plant, garment factory, chemical plant, ect.
Used in combination with evaporative cooling pad to lower the temperature of workshop.
The advanced exhaust fan together with evaporative cooling pad can reduce the temperature by 8-10 degree while not compromising on the humidity, it is suitable for use in all kinds of textile mills, such as cotton mill, weaving factory, chemical fiber plant, warp knitting plant, ect.

Q: What voltages you can do , if you can make special voltages ?
R: Normal standard is 380V for 3phase, 220V for singple.The voltage and herz can be customized as your requirement.For example,400V,240V,60Hz.
Q: How long is the warranty?
R: One year. Brokens parts can be provided free of charge during this period.We use good materials and motors,the fans are hardly broken.
Q: What is the MOQ , can I order a sample for test?
R: MOQ is 10sets, it's for convienence to arrange products. If you need sample for test ,then order large quantity, 1 set for sample is ok,too.
