tyre pyrolysis plant---First, the raw materials are put into the reactor and seal the doors in the reactor
tyre pyrolysis plant---Second, start the machine and reactor will rotating and be heated. When the inside
temperature reaches the degree of 250 to 280, the oil gas will begin to generate while flow through oil gas separator, and continuously produce until the temperature up to the degree of 350 to 460.
tyre pyrolysis plant---Third, in oil gas separator, light component will enter the condensers, meanwhile,
heavy component will be liquefied and then automatically discharged into heavy oil tank.
tyre pyrolysis plant---Forth, most of the light component will be liquefied through condensers to crude oil.
Small amount of oil gas cannot be liquefied and will be transferred by water seal tank back to the burning chamber to be reused as heating fuel. Carbon black will automatically sent from taphole and steel wire will pull out.

tyre pyrolysis plant---The fuel for heating can be coal, oil, gas & firewood. Gas production during the process can be used, and energy saving.

1. Auto open pressue relieve valve in gas seperator two pcs
2. Auto explosed safety place in reactor door one pcs
3. Air relieve valve in gas seperator one pcs
4. Auto Alarm system. Pressure gauge to monitor the pressure inside the reactor.
If it goes abnormally, the bell will alarm and the safety valves will release the pressure automatically.

1. Acid-base Neutralization SO2 Removal Our dust and sulfur removal system according to
acid-base neutralization to remove the dust and SO2 which is from heating system to
protect the environment.
2. Recovering The Exhaust Flammable Gas For Fuel
tyre pyrolysis plant---Waste gas:
Was gas during process will be managed through two safe devices: water seal and burning air
nozzle to make sure gas be totally reused as fuel. That not only eliminates danger, but also save
energy. For smoke dust discharge, we apply series machines of ZTC desulphurization and dust
remover which can ensure gas consists of water and CO2 to meet environment standard. There
is no waste gas pollution.

In the process of waste gas management, use small amount alkaline water to make acidic gas
neutralization and then liquid evaporates during whole pyrolysis processing.There is no waste
liquid pollution.
tyre pyrolysis plant---Waste solid:
Main solids consist of carbon black and steel wire as tire for example. Carbon black will be
automatically sent out from taphole and can be used as fuel to heat the reactor or sell. Carbon
black and steel wire can make benefit and energy-saving. So there is no waste solid.
