NPK fertilizer machinery is used to press chemical powder, organic powder, livestock excrement, humud,

The whole process of npk fertilizer machinery
1.Adopting the crushing machine to crush the material into small pieces.
2.Adopting the mixing machine to mix the material together on average.

1) Feeding part: This part is mainly to realize raw material can be feeded into the space between these
two rollers. Screw conveying device is drived by electromagnetic speed regulating motor. Through belt
pulley, worm reducer moves, then raw material is foreced to enter feeding part. Due to electromagnetic
speed regulating motor 's constant torque characteristic, when the screw feeder's pressure amount equals
to require amount, it can maintain costant feeding pressure, this makes briquettes' quality.(npk fertilizer

2) Drive part: Main transmission system consists of Motor, Triangle strip, Reducer, Open gear, Rollers.
Electromagnetic speed regulating motor provide the power, through the belt pulley, cylindrical gear reducer,

3) Shaping part: Mainy refer to the certer part of npk fertilizer machinery. It means the core part------rollers.
