Machine Description
♥ Brief Introduction:
1) This is the horizontal ring die biomass fuel making machine, which is mainly used for making biomass pellets from rice husk, wood, sawdust, wood chips, paddy straw, cotton stalk, hulls, paper and other forest wastes, agriculture wastes.
2) As a kind of environment-friendly and efficient fuel, wood pellets are extruded by the combination of press rollers and ring die work under normal temperature conditions in this kind of pellet mill, with the original bulk density of 130kg/m3 and final density of 1100kg/m3, the latter of which is conducive to pellet transportation and storage and a higher fuel value.
3) This biomass fuel making machine with high power adopt synchronous belt drive. And pellets diameter can be 6mm, 8mm, 10mm. If rubbish are used as materials to produce Rubbish Derivation Fuel, its pellet diameter can reach 24mm or larger.
4) This biomass fuel making machine is equipped with high quality die and rollers and has advanced technology. For driving system we use double motor V-belt, which is of little space occupation, uniform stress, simple structure and easy operation.

♥ Features:
1) Our this biomass fuel making machine is characterized by independent drive on all parts from feeding, mixing to pelleting and lubricating as well as unique ring die assembling and disassembling.
2) Sawdust, shavings and straw are hard to be shaped. With our pellet mill, the enhancing of spindle system and improvement of lubrication system make the biomass fuel making machine strong and durable.
3) The electric lubricate pump injects the lubrication for the mine shaft bearing and roller both left and right side. Lubricate pump(24VDC)has inner control running unit and three outlets.
4) The driving gear adopts the high precision gear transmission structure. The ring die adopts the hoop fastening method, which increases the speed of discharge compared with the past bolt fastening method.
5) As per the ring die and roller of the biomass fuel making machine, we have the fine machining with the alloyed steel. And our heating treatment is also different from the other domestic manufacturer, our carburizing treatment make the depth of hard facing to 2mm, which improve the anti-abrasion of the ring die and roller more than 10 times, it can save the production cost heavily.
6) The feeder adopts AC magneto in stepless speed regulating. Technically, the feed intake volume can be adjusted in view of the working load.
7) The whole set remarkably possesses elegant structure design, advanced technology, high productivity, lower power consumption and easy operation.
♥ Main structure and working principles:
The pellet machine of biomass fuel making machine consists of such systems as feeding, conditioning, actuating, pelletizing, lubricating, ring die assembling and disassembling, safety device with combination of mechanical and electric forces.
1) Feeder: this system has two parts, namely, driving part and screw feeder.
2) Driving part: it consists of AC electromagnetic motor and cycloidal pin gear reducer, the two of which are connected by a coupling and driven by a screw shaft.
3) Screw feeder: composed of coupling, screw shaft, pitch changing spirochete, stainless steel housing and end bearings, the feeder is designed to convey feedstock into the mixer.
4) Conditioner (mixer): it has two parts, namely, the drive system and stainless steel conditioner.
5) Drive system: it includes motor and a set of V-belt which then can help reduce rotation speed of the conditioner.
6) Conditioner: it consists of end bearings, shaft, paddles, stainless steel housing and water pipe, capable of mixing water and feedstock properly to soften the latter for the convenient of pelleting.
7) Water-spraying system: it can be put into use if material is inadvertently over-dried and it is just installed on the conditioning chamber for material moisture content to edge up a little in the conditioner.
8) Emergent door: a smaller front door is mounted with hydraulic cylinder to discharge material for emergency (for example, pelletizing chamber is choked.)
