There are three kinds straw log making machines in our factory, they are ring die
straw log making machine and flat die straw log making machine, screw type straw
log making machine.
Type-1. Ring die straw log making machine
Introduction:
Our ring die straw log making machine consists of shaping roller mold, electricity
board, shaping press, conveyor, etc. Our ring die straw log making machine can
shape fine plant straw powder into pellet shape. Except all kinds of plant stalk, our
ring die straw log making machine's raw material also can be dry grass, waste paper,
leaves, rice husk, wheat husk, sorghum stalk, cotton stalk, bean stalk, etc. into small
square shape or cylinder pellet shape. Because of tremendous pressure, our final
pellets are in rather high density, long burning time, stable performance, etc.(straw

Type-2. Flat die straw log making machine
Introduction:
Flat die straw log making machine is used to press fine dry corn stalk/peanut stalk/rice
stalk/cotton stalk/sorghum stalk, etc. powder whose dimension less than 3mm into small
pellet size. The final pellet dimension can be 10-30mm in diameter. Raw material of flat
die straw log making machine is not only plant straw powder, but also cotton stalk powder,
bark powder, leaves powder, rice husk, wheat husk, sorghum stalk, corn stalk, waste
paper powder, sawdust powder, etc. The final pellet is used as biomass fuel, or fertilizer,

Type-3: Screw type straw log making machine
Introduction
Screw type straw log making machine is different from above two kinds straw log making
machines. This type straw log making machine consists of screw propeller, heating rings,
shaping mold, motor power, etc. After fine straw powder whose dimension less than 3mm
feeded into feeding port, propeller will forced fine powder into shaping mold, and under high
temperature and pressure, fine straw powder will be shaped into corn stalk logs. Diameter
of straw logs' diameter is 40-80mm, length is 400-800mm.(straw log making machine)
