Application :
This machine suit for all kinds of non-woven and woven to make all kinds of hot melt interlining fabric through transfer the round net or hot melt glue scattering coating (PE,EVA,EVAL,PES)
Features:
- This machine include: unwind part, past dot part,oil burning part, electric heating dry oven ,calender and cooling part, rewind part and electric part.
- round net choose STOCK standard parts, melt glue pump, glue transfer and mixer.
- scattering use engraved roller ,mixer system in the hopper, brush roller and vibration screen.
- Far infrared heater, oil burner hot air circulation, three phase adjust pressure model and PID temperature controller
- Conveyor belt and photoelectric correction device
- According the needed to choose calender roller, both side of cooling roller have joint.
- Independent rub rewind ,simple unload operate bar.
- Independent electic box, motor controlled by transducer.
