Features:
1) Consisted with unwind part, powder dot part, scattering part, conducted oil boiler part, dryer oven, conveyor belt, calender and cooling part, rewind part and electric equipments.
2) Unwind creel is suitable for piece or roll of fabric to meet demands of different fabric feeding
3) Conducted Oil Boiler can shorten time to heat the heating roller
4) Level sensor for the liquid to recruit.
5) After coating and traction, non-woven fabric comes into storing frame directly. Do not mind rewinding.
6) Turret drive rewinding unit with edge position controller. Stop automatically with setting length to improve efficiency
7) Independent operation table
8) Three or four sets of transducer by synchro control, each part can be find adjustment.
9) Emergent switch on each corner of the machine to operate conveniently
