This Mutoh series direct textile printing solution can make the Mutoh series printer to be DIGITAL TEXTILE PRINTER to be used in Direct Textile Printing purpose.
The main advantages of this machine:
1. Wider application field.
This solution can convert the Mutoh series printer to print images on Fabric directly. The diameter of media roll could reach 280mm. This optimization do improved the application field of this Large Format Printer in Digital Textile Printing, Fabric Textile Printing, Heat Transfer Paper Printing, Wall Paper Printing etc.
2. Tension structures keep the printing material flat.
This solution equipped tension structure on double side, front side and back side, as to keep the printing media flat. Even the artificial loaded media is not in the perfect straight status, this system can automatically correct the skewing in printing process.
3. Efficient dryer
An extra optional Infrared Dryer or Hot Wind Dryer be installed in front of the media so that Textile Printing Ink will be dried instantly before be collected by Automatic Take Up Roller.
4. Printing quality be ensured.
The Media Collecting system and Media Feeding System are run synchronously so that printing quality be ensured. Some stepping problem caused by printing media be solved. There is no force when Pinch Roller of original printer feeding printing media so that printer's life span be extended.
5. Be optimized printer stand as to meet the industrialized production requirements.
Optimized accurate stand is customized by CNC machine. Industrialized production requirements be really meet after optimization.
6. Bulk ink supply system be integrated.
People in Digital Printing industry knows the importance of Ink Supply System. With this CISS, user can not only have similar image quality, but also avoid to use the expensive original inks.
7. Very easy installation process.
End-user can just unlock the Epson printer from it's stand and put it on to this machine and lock it on. Easy done.

1. What kind of fabrics can be printed using the above mentioned direct printing textile printer?
The printer is able to print on no elastic fabrics.
2. What kind of Inks should we use?
It will depend on what fabric material you are printing. For example, we usually use reactive inks to print on cotton, linen material while nylon prefer acid inks. And polyesters should be printed by disperse inks (normally we call it sublimation inks).
3. Should the fabrics be coated before printing?
Exactly, as to get fine image quality, all fabrics should be coated before direct printing. In order to make things easier. We organized some fabric manufacturer to supply us the ready printing for our clients with only operational margin.
