The process flows of the npk fertilizer usually divided into: Burdening, smashing, agitation/mixing, granulator, granules drying, granules cooling, granules grade, product coating, the last is product packing.
1.Components of organic fertilizer making plant :
♥ Smashing machine: according to your feeding materials, we have double efficient mill and other grinders for option.
♥ Mixing machine: vertical mixer or horizontal mixer
♥ Granulator machine: we have disc granulator or rotary drum granulator for option. This is the key equipment in the npk fertilizer production line, Generally it will be used in conjuction with other fertilizer equipment or used individually, including
compression-granulator-reshaping process.
♥ Drum dryer: according to the capacity, specially design the model and installation drawing.
♥ Rotary cooling: It can directly cool the granules of compound fertilizers quickly from 65-85 degrees to close room temperature, to facilitate the timely packaging, to prevent caking on storage process.
♥ Coating equipment: The machine adopts special spraying process which is a combination of liquid raw materials and solid powder granules, it could make surface of compound fertilizer to form a layer protective film, which could separate outside air, and then it could prevent caking effectively, to improve the surface finish of the granules.
♥ Rotary Sieving: The function is to sieve the compound fertilizer, the qualified product could through it and to the Coating Equipment, and the unqualified product would to the grinder to make again.
♥ Packing machine
2.1 The raw materials of organic fertilizer making plant :
Organic fertilizers are fertilizers derived from animal or vegetable matter.
1) Poultry and animal feces (pig or sheep or horse manure, chicken or duck manure, cow dung and birds shits, etc.
2) Kitchen waste/garbage(food wastes and burning ash from charcoal briquette or biomass pellet )
3) Sludge of Sewage treatment plant
4) Crops straw(bean/wheat/hay/rice/cotton/corn straw or other plants)
5) Waste of food processing enterprise
6) Waste residue of paper mill
7) Waste residue of sugar mill and winery
8) Humic acid or lignite
2.2 The raw materials of the NPK compound fertilizer :
a) Nitrogen raw materials:
1. Urea
2. Ammonium chloride
3. Ammonium sulfate
b) Phosphorus raw materials :
1. Mono ammonium phosphate(MAP)
2.Diammonium phosphate (DAP)
c) Potassium raw materials:
1.Potassium chloride
2.Potassium sulfate
3.The features of organic fertilizer making plant :
1)The product granule is round shape
2)The organic content can be high to 100%, make pure organic granules.
3)Using organic matter particles with mutual mosaic growing up under a certain force, no need to add binder when granulating.
4) The granule is massy,it can sieve directly after granulation to reduce the energy consumption of drying
5) After fermentation organics don't need to dry, moisture of the raw material can be in 20%-40%
