Main Features
1) 90 seconds to get the steam
The density of the product's heating power is higher compared with the resistance wire heating. Besides, it can save more time and money owing to the rapid generation of steam in 90s. But common coal-fired boilers need 30minutes to 60minutes to generate steam.2) Zero emissions
Zero emission, environmental and inspection exemption product supported by the Ministry of Environmental Protection.
3) Thermal efficiency of 96.3%
The thermal efficiency of the equipment is 96.3% detected by authoritative department. It can greatly reduce the enterprise consumption costs, because it can save 15.89% energy more comparing with the 1t/h burning boiler.
4) One button to start up
Using the German SIEMENS industrial control system, one key to start, intellectual control. The product could save labor costs of 2~3 people because it can achieve automatic cleaning and unmanned on duty. Common coal-fired boilers need full time staff keeping watch due to its complex operation.
5) Zero danger, high security
For water and electricity separated in this device’s heating core, electric leakage accident will not occur. But resistance-wire heating don’t separate, and the electrothermal pipe is long-term immersed in the water. So electric leakage accident happens frequently and it is harmful to people’s health.
6）1+1>2 modular installation
Modular installation, namely, the product can achieve not only a single simplex a steam supply but also many sets of parallel concentrated steam supply according to customers’ actual steam using condition. Plug and play, space saving, more capital expenditure reducing.
