Super-speed Electric Thermal Oil Boiler is a new thermal oil boiler which takes electricity as heat source and thermal oil as hot carrier. Utilize compulsory liquid for circulation pump to achieve circulation. Convey heat energy to the thermal equipment, then return back to do heating. Continuous heat transfer achieved. The temperature of the object being heated rises, then it meets the requirement of heating process. Super-speed Electric Thermal Oil Boiler originates the electrical heating tube and electromagnetic heating double systems.The product takes full advantages of these two heating methods and it is tested by experiment on the whole structure and the integrated control system. Main Features
1) Working life of 8-10 years
Adopts double heating methods of electrcal heating tube and electromagnetic heating.The system will close or start electromagnetic heating mode firstly when the equipment reaches or stays below the set temperature.To adjust the device ioperating power to reach the requirement of set temperature.It extends the service life of the equipment greatly through avoiding repeated switching.
2) Electro-thermal efficiency 96%

Adopting double heating modes of electrical heating tube and electromagnetic heating, taking the greatest advantage of these two modes. Via detection, the thermal efficiency of this equipment reaches highly to 96%, which is far higher than similar products;

This device uses electricity as heat source.Clean without dust, and no pollution. It is the environmetal heating equipment supported by the national policy.
4) Safety
Every aspect of the design have been through repeated arguments and experimental verifications, in order to make the whole design of the equipment more scientific and rational.
The equipment posses four layers overheat protection, over current protection, interlock protection of hot-oil pump and so on.
5) Intellectual control, Unmanned on duty
It is intellectually controlled by control machine,and it does not need watch by special staff.Besides, it has automatic infection, control and interlock alarming in the meantime.

The structure of the equipment is compect. It can be installed conveniently and it does not need dedicated boiler room, which greatly saves equipment operating space.
7)Temperature control precision can reach to ±1℃
It adopts advanced automatic temperature control mode, namely, it can achieve the automatic adjustment of thermal load through the set temperature feeback conveyed to the control system. In the meantime, the fuzzy control and auto-tuning PID control technology are also combined perfectly on this product, which can make the temperature control precision to ±1℃.
8)Temperature is adjustable, the highest can reach to 300℃
The equipment is able to automatically distribute the use of two modes of the electricity heating-tube and electromagnetic heating via the set temperature. This is to achieve the set operation requirements with the optimal proportion.
