fastBooklet is a fully automatic production line for small-format softcover photobooks with LayFlat binding on silver halide photo paper. Finished books are produced with one push of a button. Thanks to the hotmelt gluing technology no drying time or storage is necessary. You can ship the softcover photobooks on the same day. Use your customers’ spontaneity. Time-consuming layout design as with larger photobooks is unnecessary. This is ideal for newcomers to photobook ordering. You can offer them a perfect entry-level product. The small format is ideal as a present for guests at special occasions, for example.

fastBooklet produces ready-to-ship photo books in 7 steps:
Step 1: The photo paper roll is cut into single sheets, two images per sheet
Step 2: The cover is creased to fit book thickness
Step 3: Sheets are folded in the middle
Step 4: Sheets are pressed
Step 5: The book block is glued in the first gluing module
Step 6: The soft cover is turned in the cover module and glued to the last page of the book block
Step 7: The book is trimmed at the front
