The upper layers is PMMA material, it is anti-UV protect roof sheet against the sunshine damage. The second and fourth layers are PVC/UPVC roofing material, which is anti-corrusion, heat and sound insulation. The third layer is glass fiber mesh, it likes a bone of the roof sheet which can help hold the shape even the temperature is hot and the distance of the truss is large.
Pay attention to the third layer:glass fiber mess layer.With this layer,the roof sheet is more strong than upvc roof sheet.1 kg steel ball falling down on the tile from 2 meters height,the roof tile without any crack.As the glass fiber layer in middle like a bone,the roof won't collapse even with a large purlin distance.For upvc roof sheet,expansion will be caused by heat and contraction caused by cold,but as there is a glass fiber layer in the middle,like bone,the problems will be greatly solved,shape can remain good.

Factory buiding:plant area is over 10,000.00 m2 with 29 production lines.This plant has 3 floors. The third floor is loading material workshop. The second floof is mixing material workshop.The first floor is production workshop.
Becuase of this structure, the air will have no dust. The environment of the workers will be healthy and good!
Lab:testing of raw material,material formula,material mixing and testing of product before shipment.
Lab testing ensure steady quality within control.
Loading:
Package:In order to keep the goods under protection during transportation, avoid the scratch or broken, we have strict package and loading control system,not matter it's packed with PE bags or packed in bulk without PE bags, when loading the container, there will be complete protection way, using plywood, steel structure and belt to keep the goods stable in transportation.
