Standard Wrapped V-belt

Characteristics:
This belt is very commonly used for power transmission. We supply a wide range of types including heat resistance, oil resistance and flexible types. We also supply banded V-belts, a banded version that prevents vibration, turnover and ensures stable running.

Applications:
A wide range of machinery from light duty power transmission for OA and household electric appliances to heavy duty power transmission such as printing machines, machine tool and crushers.

Narrow Wrapped V-belt
(MAXSTAR WEDGE Belt)

Characteristics:
This belt has double power transmission capacity of the Standard V-belts due to the effect of the wedge.
It features maximum 40 m/sec. high-speed transmission, and an energy-saving, compact design.
A banded type that can prevent turnover and ensures stable running is also available.

Applications: Large sized pumps, crushers, dynamos, tooling machines, freezers

   3V, 5V, 8V (SPA, SPB, SPC,SPZ)
2. 2.    Multi MAXSTAR (Banded type)

Thin Wrapped V-bel

Characteristics:
Thinner than standard V-belts, with higher bending properties. Can also be used for back side bending.

Belt types:

1. 1.    Standard: Has excellent flex resistance.
2. 2.    Orange: Has excellent flex and shock resistance.
3. 3.    Gold: Has even higher flex and shock resistance than the orange type.
4. 4.    Super gold: For high power rating, featuring aramid cords.
5. 5.    AG Series for Agricultural V-belts: We supply a range of types ranging from AG4 to AG10.
   You can select the belt most suitable for your application.
6. 6.    Bare Back Type: Clean power transmission is achieved with little dispersion of rubber powder.
   This is used for clutch drives.

Applications: Agricultural machinery, general industrial use (light duty), clutch drives
