Principle

The principle of Yaoshun cooling pad

The cooling process of the Yaoshun cooling pad is finished in its core part Yaoshun paper pad.There is a thin water film on the moire surface of the fiber paper. When the outside heat air is inhaled 

through the pad by exhaust fan, the moisture on the water film will absorb the heater and be 

vaporized into vapour, so the cool and damp air will enter into the house.

Q:How long will cooling pads last before I should change them?

A:The service time of  Evaporative Cooling Pads is greatly depend on how often and  how long each day the cooler is 

usedas well as the quality of supplied water.  The more often the cooler is in use the shorter the life span would be. 

The quality of the supply water also has a great effect on life span. This is because with “hard” water there is a larger amount of solids left behind during the evaporation process and these will eventually restrict the airflow through the flute

In good conditions with normal use Evaporative Cooling Pads usually last 5-6 years, but in areas with poor 

water quality and where the coolers are used extensively the pads will need be changed far more frequently.

Q: What voltages you can do for exhaust fan , if you can make special voltages ?
A:  Normal standard is 380V for 3 phase, 220V for singple.

The voltage and herz can be customized as your requirement.For example,400V,240V,60Hz.

Q: What is the MOQ , can I order a sample for test?

A: MOQ is 25 cubic meter for cooling  pad and 28 sets for exhaust fan, it's of convienence to arrange products.
