IGV22-S

This new-developed production line is ideal equipment in IGU producing with its wide processing capacity, high efficiency and super automation level, humanized design and nice looking.
The rack is welded by rectangular pipe after several times analysis and test, painted after pickling and phosphate treatment. The backboard in transmission adopt laser-bended high-strength carbon steel sheet for high strength and precision. The washing and drying section adopt stainless steel against rusting.
6°incline of the vertical line reveal the advanced technology. The system circuits controlled by 24V voltage and shock protection treatment in transmission section make it easy to modify and operate.
Low-voltage imported electrical fittings and sensors are adopted. High automation is guaranteed by PLC’s overall control of the whole processing. The original touch screen displays in sync with the simultaneous action and malfunction of the production line, meanwhile easy to learn and operate.
Multi- frequency converting in several section and multi-speed operation make it possible to process stepped glass sheets.
Imported pneumatic fittings have long service life and are easy to maintain. The pneumatic system can realize automatic water filtering, releasing and lubricating.
Three-axis servo control system can finish the manufacturing of various glass units including stepped glass, overlarge glass, shaped glass, filmed glass, Low-E glass, triple glazing so on and so forth.
