The insulating glass production line can process double glass, tripple glass, Low-e glass, stepped glass, coated glass, irregular glass etc.

Features
- Germanic technology is adopted in the whole line and main components are imported from world famous brand since it will be stable, convenient to maintain, and easy to handle.
- Insulating glass like standard glass, overlength glass, coated glass, low-E glass, big and small glass, step glass, special shape glass, triple glass, etc can be produced.
- The carbon steel plate with high strength and accuracy is adopted as the whole back plate, since it’s laser cut and CNC bent with high strength and easy to install.
- The convey part is equipped with safe guard for easier maintenance and safety.
- Germany industrial plastic(avoid getting rusty) bearings are used so there is no need to maintain daily.
- This machine adopts high pressure fan, equipped with special air knife with bigger angle others which can improve the drying effect. Multistage frequency conversion control is exclusively used, and multi-speed revolution optimization function can realize all kinds of size of glass movement.
- Big color touching screen can lively monitor working stage of each section, equipped with self-diagnosis function, easy to maintain, also with remote diagnosis function.
- This line has passed CE.
- This machine has self-diagnose system, easily check the error.
- It can identify the Low-E glass and coating glass automatically. So it can stop the first hard brush automatically protecting the glass from scratching.
- The PLC and proximity switch adopt Schneider imported for France.
- It has high precision and works steadily. Because we adopt the screw and flat press.
- Servo driver and servo motor imported from France can control glass-combining precisely.
- This machine adopts inverter control transmission motor. So it can easily slow down and accelerate.
- This machine adopts advanced glass aluminum installation positioning system, can realize adjustment of making silicone, positioning accurately and easily.
