Description
This aluminum spacer bending machine is used to bend aluminum spacer bars of insulating glass. The aluminum spacer bar bender can adjust and control aluminum frame size automatically through CNC system. It can also achieve rectangle-shape bending of three aluminum spacer bars in single working operation. Featuring high precision, easy operation and high efficiency, this aluminum spacer bending machine is the ideal equipment for mass production of cold-edge insulating glass.
Features of Aluminum Spacer Bar Bender
1. All the operations except “start” and “stop” are controlled through display screen.
2. Several groups of cutters are optional with the aluminum space bar.
3. Installed bi-scale construction, the aluminum spacer bending machine can bend square and rectangle bars efficiently.
4. This aluminum spacer bar bender adopts PLC controller, manual load spacer and automatic bending after calculating the size.
