Main Applications :
The XZS350 Seeds screening machine is suited to continuous working mode production, are the ideal equipment for continuous discharging of material of different size ratio after going through sieves.
Principle of structure:
The machine consists of hopper,vibration chamber and couplingand motor. There are eccentric wheel, rubber of parts, main shaftbearing and sp on. The adjustable eccentric weight can drive to the central line of main shaft through motor under the unstable state,it produces centrifugal force that makes raw material from vortex in the sieve. The size of amplitude of eccentric weight can be regulated in accordance with the different raw materials.
The machine is compact in structure ,small in size, free ofdust and makes little noise.It is highly efficient and low energy consuming, easy of moving and easy of maintenance.

1.High efficiency, elegant design & durable, available for any powder and viscous liquid.
2.Easy to operate, easy to change the screen cloth, easy to clean.
3.The screen will never be blocked and the powder will never be soared. Screen clothes under 400 MESH are available.
5.Auto-Discharge facility for impurity and rough material,suitable for integrated operation.
6.Small dimension, save space and easy moving.
7.No mechanical actions, easy aintenance, can be used as the way either single layer or rnulti-layer.
8.Unique & durable design of screen construction, only takes 3-5 minutes for changing the screen cloth.
9.All products contactparts are made of sus 27 (#304).
10.Maximum five layers of screen decks are available.
