Principleuse:
The ZLK-80 Mini Granulator has been used successfully, for many years in pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries.The ZLK-80 Mini Granulator with suitably designed screen inserts offer optimal homogenization of buily freeflowing mater/als.Agglomerates of friable products are broken by the stationary breaker instert(stator) and creruly sieed through a specifical perforated scerm(rotor)by means of the centrifugal force.
Special friction screen inserts mill and sieve hardproducts simultaneously grinding oversized agglomerates. Therfore. If this equipment is used together with and granulator the uniformity of granules will be greatly improved.
Principle of Operation:
Under certain conditions. The ZLK Mini Granulator can also be used for the pres creebning of conentionally produced wetgrannles, partically if the freeflowing product in question contains relatively little moisure and does not have a tendency to smear. In the case, tests are requied to determine whether a given product lends itself to the wet granulation process.
