Applications:
Principle:
Raw materials is fed into the machine from the inlet and moves forward continuously along with the level of fluidized-bed under the action of vibration. The hot air passes through fluidized-bed and carries out hot heat exchange with damp raw material. Then the damp air is exhausted out through cyclone seperator and duster and the dry raw material is discharged through discharge outlet.

1.Adopting vibrating motor drive; running smoothly, low noise, long life and easy maintenance.
2.Thermal efficiency;energy saving more 30% than drying device.
3.Bed temperature distribution; no local overheating; fluidization uniformity; no dead phenomenon;
material thickness and machine speed and amplitude of uniform can be adjusted within the design range;
adjustable good; for voluminous.
4.Little surface damage on the material; can be used for drying friable materials; When material granulars
have irregular sharp,it can also be used and do not affect the result.
5.A fully enclosed structure; effectively prevent infection crossly of materials and the outside world;
the environment clean; continuous operation.
6.When using materials with high moisture to the mass production;it can use multi-use serial methed to meet requirements.
7.Can be designed in accordance with the cooling section.
