High Shear Mixer
This machine with precision rotor and stator, hydraulic lift with built-in hydraulic cylinder, bi-direction absorption, will emulsifying and homogenizing production fine and efficiency.
The core technique of the high shear homogenizer is the accurate machining. The precision combination of the stator and rotor is the critical technology of shearing effect.
Features:
- with inverter, can be various speed
- can be hydraulic lift or pneumatic lift, also can fixed on the reactor
- the part contact with the material is ss304 or 316L stainless steel
- The stator and rotor is precision forging, linear cutting, claw-structure, bi-direction absorption, high cycle efficiency, not leave dead corner.
- The stator and rotor is after special heat treatment, the surface abrasion resistance is 2-3 times than the ordinary stainless steel.
- The key parts are after grinding processing, the composition between stator and rotor is American Level standard.
- The rotating part is after dynamic and static balance test, so that ensure the stability at condition of high speed rotation, low noise, prolong hte service life.
