Automatic line for recycling the PET bottles and other waste plastic profile which will go down in the water.
The processing procedure of the PET recycling line is as following:
Conveying raw material→Crushing with water→ Feeding →Agitating washer→Feeding→Horizontal frication washer →Floating washer →Feeding→Floating Washer→Feeding →Dehydrating machine→Pump conveying system with dry →Hopper
For the recycling line ,the final product is the cleaning flake ,if you want the final product is pellets (granule),we should equip the granulator line again .Please get more information about the granulation line in this web .
